Position Overview:
We are seeking a Building Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is designed for a self-starter who excels in B2B lead generation, demand generation, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outreach, scheduling meetings, and preparing stakeholders before calls, with the long-term goal of leading sales conversations.
We are looking for someone who can think critically, work independently, and grow into a full-cycle sales role over time. The right candidate will have experience selling professional services to sophisticated executives, strong communication skills, and the ability to grasp complex business models.
Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach

Identify and engage potential clients through different channels (email, LinkedIn, and cold calls).

Develop personalized outreach strategies based on buyer personas.

Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.

Appointment Setting & Pre-Call Preparation

Book meetings with senior executives and ensure the internal team is well-prepared.

Provide insights and key information before calls.

Organize follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.

Over time, develop the ability to lead (and close) sales conversations.

Ensure high responsiveness and follow-up discipline.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or demand generation.

Fluent English (C1 or better) – strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience selling professional services to senior executives.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and meetings.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach automation.

Resilience and adaptability – ability to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
