AvasarAI is operated by:

AvasarAI is a listing and discovery service for remote jobs that are genuinely open to candidates based in India. We collect job postings from employers’ own public career-page APIs, check that each apply link is live, and present them in one place with filters and AI assistance.

We are not the employer for any listing, we are not a recruiter or a staffing agency, and we take no fee from employers. We do not submit applications for you — you apply directly on the company’s own site. We cannot and do not guarantee interviews, responses, offers or employment of any kind.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. AvasarAI is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Browsing listings and reading full job descriptions requires no account. Everything else uses Google sign-in. Keep your Google account secure — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Accounts are personal; please don’t share one or resell access to it.

• One-time payment of ₹399, charged once.
• Unlocks verified direct apply links, your AI match score, and AI-tailored resumes and cover letters, for 45 days from purchase.
• No subscription and no auto-renewal. We do not save a mandate against your card or UPI ID, and we will never charge you a second time without you buying again.
• After 45 days, paid features simply switch off. Free browsing continues as before.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and banking details go to Razorpay directly and are never stored by us.
• The price shown is the total amount payable. AvasarAI is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged or collected and we cannot issue a tax invoice bearing a GSTIN.

Prices can change, but a change never affects a Sprint you’ve already bought.

Sprint purchases are final and non-refundable. If a technical issue on our side blocks your access, we fix it and extend your Sprint by the affected days instead of refunding you. The details and the billing-error exceptions are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Listings are third-party content. Job descriptions are reproduced from sources that permit redisplay, and every apply link is checked before a listing is marked verified — but that check is a snapshot. Roles get filled, withdrawn or edited by the employer at any time, and we can’t promise a listing is still open when you click it.

We do our best to list only roles genuinely open to India-based candidates, but the final word on eligibility, salary, location policy and hiring process belongs to the employer. Read their posting.

If you’re an employer and want a listing corrected or removed, write to our Grievance Officer below and we’ll act on it.

Match scores, tailored resumes, cover letters and interview questions are generated by AI from the resume and job description you provide. We instruct the model not to invent experience, skills or credentials you haven’t stated — but AI makes mistakes, and you are responsible for reading anything it produces before you send it to an employer. Treat it as a first draft, never as a finished application.

A match score is a suggestion from a piece of software. It is not an assessment of you, and it doesn’t predict whether you’ll be hired.

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, resell, republish or redistribute our listings or any part of the service;
• access the service through bots, scripts or automated tools, or try to get round rate limits, paywalls or access controls;
• upload a resume or any content you don’t have the right to use, or anything unlawful, misleading or someone else’s personal data;
• interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or disrupt other users.

We can suspend or close an account that breaches this section. Since Sprint purchases are non-refundable, suspending an account for a breach does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining period.

The AvasarAI name, design, code and compiled listing data belong to us. Your resume and anything you upload remain yours; you grant us only the permission needed to store it and to run the features you ask for, such as generating a tailored resume.

We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or withdraw features. If we discontinue a paid feature while your Sprint is running, we’ll extend your Sprint by a fair number of days to make up for it, rather than refund you in cash.

If we change these terms materially, we’ll update the date at the top and, for anyone with an active Sprint, email you.

To the extent Indian law allows, AvasarAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities, lost earnings or the outcome of any application. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or anything else that can’t be limited by law. Your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
