4. Domain Knowledge : Order Management & Supply Chain
5. Business Process : Deal Management, Quote to Cash, Invoicing, Logistics & Returns, Contract Management, Renewal, SW Subscription
6. Tool & Technology :

• Commerce Tool: CCW, CCW-R,CCW Sub UI (Must)
• Analytics & Reporting: SOWB, Connect Dot, SFDC, Disti WIPS, PSS, Service BO,IB Analytics (Good to have)
• Case Management :Pega, Customer Service Hub & Service Now (Good to have)
• Project Tracking Tools: Microsoft List & Jira (Good to have)
