If you've got 3+ years in affiliate marketing, fluent English, and know how to do more than "just run traffic" - building real partnerships and driving revenue growth - let's talk!

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, across several verticals (not locked into just one niche);
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data and drawing insights from it;
• Ready to make bold calls and own the outcomes;
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment without cutting corners on quality.

What you'll be doing:

• Recruiting and growing top-tier affiliates, managing key accounts;
• Acting as the main point of contact, from contracts and negotiations to day-to-day support;
• Running multiple campaigns at once: budgets, payouts, creatives, offer updates;
• Monitoring traffic quality and volume, catching risks early;
• Keeping a pulse on market trends and sharing insights with the team;
• Owning revenue growth - monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
