Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer with strong full-stack software development skills to build and optimize our next-generation AI platform. You will lead the integration of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) using modern orchestration frameworks like LiteLLM and direct API connections to models such as Anthropic’s Claude. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between AI engineering and production web applications—combining deep expertise in Python, Django, and JavaScript with reliable CI/CD practices to ship scalable, production-ready applications. Key Responsibilities
- LLM Orchestration & Integration: Design, deploy, and maintain multi-model pipelines using LiteLLM to handle routing, load balancing, cost tracking, and fallback strategies.
- Claude / Anthropic API Implementation: Integrate Anthropic's Claude models directly into core products to drive advanced reasoning, text generation, and agentic workflows.
- Backend Development: Build robust, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Django and Python.
- Frontend Collaboration: Develop and integrate user-facing features using JavaScript to deliver seamless AI-driven user experiences.
- Automation & Scripting: Write clean, modular Python scripts for data processing, workflow automation, and tool execution.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Establish, maintain, and automate deployment pipelines using standard CI/CD tooling to ensure continuous testing, high reliability, and rapid iteration cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend systems and AI implementation.
- AI & LLMs: Hands-on experience working with LiteLLM for model management and direct integration experience with Anthropic / Claude APIs.
- Core Language: Advanced proficiency in Python (including scripting, async processing, and standard libraries).
- Frameworks: Demonstrated commercial experience building applications with Django (and Django REST Framework).
- Frontend Tech: Functional proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) for frontend integration and UI interactions.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) and standard deployment practices.
- Version Control: Expertise with Git workflows and collaborative development practices.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience monitoring and evaluating LLM latency, cost, and output quality in production.
