Responsibilities

• Configure and manage multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, push, in-app).
• Design and implement real-time triggers for orchestration.
• Integrate RT-CDP audiences into AJO workflows.
• Configure offer decisioning, branching, and personalization rules.
• Conduct QA and testing of journeys before launch.
• Monitor live journeys and optimize based on performance.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Adobe AJO and real-time orchestration.
• Experience in journey design and cross-channel campaign execution.
• Familiarity with RT-CDP audience segmentation and activation.
• Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills.
