Screen applications and conduct candidate screening interviews to assess suitability. Will be managing candidates via AI based ATS system Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Deliver a professional, timely, and positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing regular recruitment updates. Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives. Share market intelligence, talent trends, and salary insights to support hiring decisions. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and policies. Skills & Experience Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition, preferably within the UK market. Proficiency in ATS and AI-enabled recruitment technologies.
