Knowledge / Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Trading and Compliance domain for end-to-end functional testing.
- Strong understanding of Manual testing
- Good understanding of SQL, Shell scripting.
- Good Understanding of trading systems Data flow and Order life cycle events.
- Good Analytical and communication skills.
- Should do end-to-end manual testing of the end-product independently.
- Effective communication with stakeholders
- Experience with SEC and FINRA rules & regulations or trade reporting and regulations in US, such as CAT, 605/606 Reporting, Best Execution will be a huge advantage
- Experience working with high volume enterprise applications
- Experience of test automation and building scripts for data generation, data comparison
- Exposure to AI and related agents for covering repetitive work and expediting testing work.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum model
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise at working with technical and business experts from clients, including traders, compliance users and investment bank
- Experience analysing and understanding functional requirements
- Strong problem solving, debugging & analytical skills, ability to work independently with minimum guidance
- Good team player
- Self-motivated and self-learner
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, lead and drive
