Provide insight to the product & sales team to refine strategies with respect to product offerings and customization. Key account management to drive business development initiatives, that includes initiating trial runs, monitoring them and obtaining customer approvals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within customer organization. Understand client needs and present customized solutions to address their challenges. Lead sales presentation & product demonstration to potential customers. Engage in contract negotiations for NBO and close deals in alignment with sales teams. Manage & track opportunity pipeline to ensure consistent follow ups, deal progression and accurate forecasting. Achieve annual and monthly sales targets and gross margin for the region. Execute set operating strategy for that period by product, customer and ensures that the team is aligned to the same. Publish report on opportunity pipeline, conversion rates and achievements. Collaborating with sales and lab teams for product trials, proto-order delivery and handover once the customer places order for the regular business to the sale team. Qualifications: 8-10 years of industry experience with education qualification of BSc/MSc Chemistry / Engineering degree in Chemistry.
