This is a remote position. Job Title: Avature Functional Consultant Job Location: Remote Job Duration: 6 months initially

Requirement: Demonstrating solid Avature Recruitment System or any other recruitment system experience. Proven experience in configuring Recruitment systems like Avature, Taleo, PeopleSoft or Oracle Demonstrate strong functional and/or Techno-functional knowledge and configuration experience in recruitment and onboarding modules, ‘Avature’ recommended. Strong understanding of the recruitment and HR business processes Configuring, testing, and implementing changes and improvements to the Recruitment (Avature) system and business processes Providing Avature BAU support including investigation and troubleshooting Implementing new Avature features and enhancements Driving the support and regression testing Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and process mapping; and Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with IT vendors on system support and development.
