We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to build the top of the sales funnel within the semiconductor and deep-tech ecosystem. The role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting, identifying qualified prospects, generating interest, and booking meetings for the sales team.

You will engage with engineering and semiconductor decision-makers through calls, email, and LinkedIn, representing the company in initial conversations and creating meaningful sales opportunities. This is a target-driven role suited for someone who enjoys outbound sales, understands technical audiences, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to targeted semiconductor and engineering prospects.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers across semiconductor, engineering, simulation, and deep-tech organizations.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, technical requirements, and buying potential.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Communicate the company's value proposition clearly and confidently to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Handle initial objections and nurture prospects until they are ready for a sales conversation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, outreach activity, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to refine prospecting strategies, messaging, target accounts, and daily priorities.
  • Stay informed about semiconductor technologies, simulation workflows, and developments within the deep-tech ecosystem.

Must-Have Skills

  • Experience in BDR, SDR, business development, or outbound sales.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductors, simulations, or deep-tech environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong cold-calling, email outreach, lead qualification, and meeting-setting skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with engineering and semiconductor professionals.
  • Strong objection-handling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with high-volume outbound activity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Prior experience selling technical products, engineering software, or semiconductor solutions.

  • Familiarity with semiconductor design, EDA, simulation, or engineering workflows.

  • Experience working with enterprise or B2B technology customers.

  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.

  • Experience working with global customers or US-based prospects.

  • Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a high-energy, technically curious BDR who can understand complex semiconductor and simulation concepts, communicate effectively with technical decision-makers, and consistently generate qualified sales opportunities through disciplined outbound prospecting.
