<p>Wizardtales Private Limited is hiring an experienced Bid Manager to own the complete tender lifecycle for our cloud and IT infrastructure business in India. This is a remote role, preferably for candidates based in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad or Bengaluru.</p> <p>We are looking for someone who can independently find the right opportunities, assess whether they are worth pursuing, coordinate the bid internally and take it through to submission and closure.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Search and identify relevant Government, PSU and enterprise IT tenders<br>Monitor GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, PSU portals and other tender platforms</li> <li>Review RFP, RFI, RFQ, EOI and tender documents</li> <li>Evaluate eligibility, technical requirements, commercial terms, timelines and risks</li> <li>Prepare clear Go / No-Go recommendations</li> <li>Manage bids end-to-end from opportunity identification to submission</li> <li>Prepare technical proposals, commercial proposals, compliance matrices and BOQs</li> <li>Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, sales and management teams</li> <li>Handle EMD, PBG/BG and tender documentation</li> <li>Track corrigenda, amendments, pre-bid queries and clarifications<br>Support pricing and commercial evaluation</li> <li>Track submitted bids through award or closure</li> <li>Maintain a structured tender pipeline and submission database</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>4+ years of hands-on experience in IT tendering or bid management<br>Strong experience with Government / PSU tenders in India</li> <li>Practical experience with GeM, CPPP and e-procurement portals</li> <li>Experience managing complete RFP / RFQ / tender submissions</li> <li>Strong proposal writing and documentation skills</li> <li>Good understanding of technical and commercial tender requirements</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines</li> <li>Strong written and spoken English</li> <li>Experience in cloud, data centres, IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, managed services or system integration is strongly preferred</li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Fully remote role</li> <li>Flexible working environment</li> <li>High ownership from Day 1</li> <li>Direct exposure to management and technical teams</li> <li>Opportunity to work on large Government, PSU and enterprise cloud opportunities</li> <li>Growing company with strong India expansion plans</li> </ul> <p>Please apply with your CV and include <strong>2–3 real tender examples</strong> you have personally worked on, including your role, approximate tender value and outcome.</p> <p>Please also include <strong>professional references</strong> where available.</p> <p>We prefer genuine, experience-based applications.
