micro1 is engaging Biochemistry Experts to contribute to a customer's project focused on advancing AI capabilities in the life sciences. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work

Review complex biochemical datasets, research findings, and protocols to provide accurate, expert-level annotation and validation.

Develop and refine content, use cases, and scenarios based on current biochemistry practices for AI model training purposes.

Assess the scientific validity and clarity of biochemistry-related prompts, model-generated outputs, and informational resources.

Collaborate with technical teams to translate domain-specific insights into actionable feedback for improving AI systems.

Identify knowledge gaps, ambiguities, and edge cases within biochemical content to enhance model robustness.

Deliver clear, concise written and verbal explanations of complex concepts to inform AI training processes.

Participate in iterative review cycles to ensure the ongoing accuracy and relevance of biochemistry inputs.
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, or equivalent experience) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.

Demonstrated expertise in biochemical mechanisms, laboratory methods, and current literature.
