In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. The engagement is designed for professionals who are passionate about communicating complex biological concepts and have a strong background in academic writing and practical research.
Scope of Work

Review, annotate, and provide real-world feedback on diverse biological datasets and educational content.

Author, evaluate, and edit laboratory reports, research papers, or field study narratives to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Develop and refine prompts, queries, and data inputs to guide AI model understanding of biological concepts.

Identify knowledge gaps and ambiguities in model-generated outputs, offering expert insights and corrections.

Collaborate with project managers and technical teams through clear, concise written and verbal communication.

Contribute to the creation of educational or reference materials that inform AI training and validation processes.

Stay informed about current trends and standards in biology and related life sciences fields.
Preferred Qualifications

BSc, MSc, or PhD in Biology, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline.

Demonstrated experience authoring laboratory reports, peer-reviewed research papers, or field studies.

Strong command of scientific writing, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
