Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Business Applications Analyst, Commercial Systems to join the Integrated AV Division.

The Business Applications Analyst, Commercial Systems supports and enhances the applications, integrations, and business processes used by Sales, Service, Marketing, and other customer-facing functions. This role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, user experience, and business outcomes. The position serves as a key contributor to application ownership, support, continuous improvement, and strategic evolution of Salesforce and other commercial systems.

Responsibilities

What Will You Do? Partner with Sales, Service, Marketing, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, improve processes, and deliver technology solutions that support organizational objectives.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, vendors, and external partners, ensuring alignment between business priorities and system capabilities. • Act as the business application owner for assigned commercial systems, ensuring applications meet business needs, deliver value, and align with organizational objectives and technology strategy. • Manage application backlogs, prioritize enhancements, coordinate vendor and support activities, and contribute to application roadmaps and long-term planning. • Analyze business processes, system performance, and data quality to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, improved reporting, and enhanced user experiences. • Partner with delivery teams and technical resources to define, validate, and implement system enhancements, integrations, and business process improvements. • Support integrations and cross-functional business processes across Salesforce, SAP-connected processes, and other enterprise applications used by commercial teams. • Lead or coordinate technology initiatives and application enhancement projects by developing project plans, managing stakeholders, tracking activities, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of business objectives. • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, change management, and production support. • Promote data governance, application best practices, user adoption, and continuous improvement while contributing to technology roadmaps, performance metrics, and long-term system strategy.

Qualifications

Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Four (4) or more years of experience in business systems analysis, application ownership, CRM administration, application support, or related business technology roles. • Experience supporting enterprise applications and business processes within Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Experience, or other commercial business functions. • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, business process analysis, system integrations, enterprise applications, and ERP-connected processes, preferably including SAP. • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project leadership skills, with experience supporting or leading technology initiatives and familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, testing, change management, and application lifecycle management practices.

Working Conditions: • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required (for the majority of the working day) to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for data entry on a keyboard. • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. • General office environment. • May require regular ground travel to other company facilities. • Long-distance or air travel as needed – not to exceed 10% travel
