micro1 is engaging Business Operations & Analytics Specialists to contribute to a customer project focused on optimizing business performance through data-driven insights and operational analysis. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within business processes.

2. Create, interpret, and refine dashboards, KPI reports, and business intelligence materials to support data-driven decision-making.

3. Develop and document process flows, workflow analyses, and operational reviews to ensure clear, actionable insights.

4. Design visual documentation, such as decks and presentation materials, to communicate complex data and recommendations effectively.

5. Construct rubrics and frameworks for evaluating operational outcomes and performance measures.

6. Translate data findings into concise recommendations and reports tailored to diverse business stakeholders.

7. Contribute structured feedback and nuanced domain input to support the training and refinement of AI and analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Proven experience in roles such as Operations Manager, Business Analyst, Strategy & Operations Manager, Program Manager, Revenue Operations Specialist, or Supply Chain Manager.

2. Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools, dashboards, and KPI reporting platforms.

3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on distilling complex concepts for varied audiences.

4. Hands-on expertise in process documentation, workflow optimization, and operational review methodologies.

5. Strong aptitude for interpreting and visualizing data in charts, tables, and executive summary formats.

6. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality presentation decks and visual documentation for business contexts.

7. Agility in adapting domain expertise to support innovative projects at the intersection of operations and analytics.
