TITLE: Consultant Sr Lead, Professional Services - Prof Services

ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a 10 + years experienced Technical Consulting professional to join our Trading and Asset Services - Back Office practice. Role requires 3 PM to 12 AM Indian time zone. Role Summary Technical Consultant with strong expertise in reconciliation platforms (IntelliMatch / Data Integrity Manager – DIM) and PIM systems. Responsible for end-to-end platform installation, configuration, upgrades, and technical support across multi-environment landscapes (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD, DR), along with integration management, SWIFT messaging, and performance optimization. Primary Responsibilities Design, install, configure, and upgrade IntelliMatch / DIM and PIM platforms Set up and manage multi-environment landscapes (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD, DR) Perform technical troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance support Conduct system health checks and performance tuning Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and failover readiness Manage Windows Server environments (installation, configuration, upgrades) Administer SQL Server (installation, configuration, upgrades, performance tuning) Configure and support PIM integrations via MQ and file-based interfaces Handle SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 (MX) message processing Support environment setup, upgrades, and ongoing platform stability

Secondary Responsibilities Support cloud / hybrid deployments (Azure / hosted environments) Work with reporting, archival, and document management components Provide understanding/support for ETL processes and data flows Collaborate with functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and DBAs Configure and manage MBGateway scripts, message ingestion, and outbound routing Support SWIFT SRP / Case Management integrations
