Position Overview and Objective
Arctic Wolf is seeking a Business Systems Developer to design, develop, and support integrations that connect critical business applications with enterprise data platforms. This role will play a key part in ensuring seamless data flow across systems such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and Arctic Wolf products. The ideal candidate will combine strong software development skills with a solid understanding of business systems, APIs, data integration, and cloud technologies to build scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that enable data-driven business operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between enterprise business systems, including Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, and internal Arctic Wolf platforms.
- Build and support RESTful APIs, integration services, and data pipelines using modern development practices.
- Develop and maintain integration workflows using middleware and ETL platforms such as Jitterbit, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar technologies.
- Support and enhance data synchronization processes between business applications and enterprise data platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, system administrators, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in peer reviews and technical discussions.
Experience & Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience developing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications and data platforms.
- Strong programming experience in object-oriented languages such as Java and/or Apex.
- Hands-on scripting experience using Python and/or JavaScript.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Experience working with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting data synchronization, integration services, and enterprise workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes, middleware platforms, and integration frameworks such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Workato, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or streaming technologies such as Kafka.
- Understanding of CRM, ERP, HRIS, and business process workflows.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
