Summary
We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with our Chief Business Officer and help drive some of the company’s highest-priority growth initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, highly analytical generalist who wants broad exposure to how a high-growth technology company operates and scales. You will work across strategy, growth, go-to-market, operations, partnerships, new initiatives, and special projects—turning ideas into action and helping the CBO and leadership team move faster.
This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role focused primarily on meetings, presentations, or administration. You will be expected to own problems, build solutions, analyze opportunities, launch initiatives, and drive measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has the mindset of a future entrepreneur: intellectually curious, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, highly analytical, and energized by building from zero to one. The role is particularly suited for someone who ultimately wants to build or lead a company of their own.

Low ego and comfortable doing whatever is necessary to get an important initiative across the finish line
-
Ability to work U.S. business hours
