When you join RadNet as a Clinical Applications Specialist III, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex clinical application and radiologist workflow issues by evaluating root causes, system functionality, workflow requirements, and operational impacts; determine appropriate solutions or recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate and optimize clinical applications and radiologist workflows in collaboration with Radiologist, Medical Directors, Radiology Managers, Clinical Operations, IT Operations, and Clinical Systems Leadership to identify inefficiencies, system limitations, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assess clinical. business, and operational requirements related to clinical applications and radiologist workflows; evaluate alternative solutions and develop recommendations for system functionality, workflow changes, application enhancements, and implementation approaches.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for clinical applications, including RIS, PACS, reporting systems, and third-party advance visualization tools, with an emphasis on their impact on radiologist workflows, clinical operations, and productivity.
• Translate clinical and radiologist workflow needs into actionable application requirements and recommendations, working with Clinical Systems Leadership and technical teams to develop solutions that address operational needs while maintaining workflow efficiency and system functionality.
• Evaluate and prioritize requests for application enhancements and workflow improvements, advocate for radiologist and operational needs, and provide recommendations for consideration within the application development and enhancement lifecycle.
• Lead or participate in the evaluation, testing, and validation of application upgrades, workflow changes, bug fixes, and new functionality by assessing performance against clinical and operational requirements, identifying potential impacts or deficiencies, and communicating findings and recommendations prior to implementation.
• Analyze application issues, enhancements request, and recurring workflow concerns to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; communicate significant findings and recommended actions to appropriate leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead of participate in cross-functional clinical systems initiatives by evaluating requirements, developing recommendations, coordinating implementation activities, and communicating project findings, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide training, guidance and subject matter support to Radiologist and other end users on clinical applications and workflow functionality, adapting support to user needs and changes in application functionality.
• Evaluate emerging clinical system capabilities, technologies, and industry developments to assess their potential application to radiologist workflows and organizational operations and recommend relevant opportunities or considerations to Clinical Systems Leadership.
• Support post-implementation evaluation and continuous improvement by gathering stakeholder feedback, assessing application and workflow effectiveness, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending enhancements or corrective actions.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, clinical, life sciences, information technology, or related field.
• Must have a Technologist background with cross-sectional imaging experience OR an IS Professional background.
• 10+ years’ experience as Clinical Applications Specialist within Radnet OR equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading special projects relating to clinical application workflow implementations and support.
• Multi-vendor RIS/PACS/VR experience is preferred.
• Candidate must demonstrate an interest and a base for total workflow review.
• Good communication skills and ability to work harmoniously with individuals at every level within the organization.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work well with our Radiologists and various Operational leadership nation-wide.

Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
