CyberArk Business Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CyberArk Business Analyst with over 8 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, security architects, infrastructure teams, and CyberArk engineers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver CyberArk solutions that align with organizational security and compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for CyberArk implementations.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, task creation for onboarding of privileged users
- and process flows.
- Work closely with CyberArk architects and engineers during solution design and implementation.
- Analyze privileged account onboarding requirements across applications, databases, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
- Support CyberArk onboarding, account lifecycle management, and access governance initiatives.
- Facilitate change management and communication with business units.
Required Skills
- Around 8 years of Business Analysis experience in IT and Cybersecurity.
- Strong experience with CyberArk PAM solutions.
- Knowledge of:
- CyberArk PAS
- PVWA
- SWS
- CPM
- PSM
- Vault
- Identity Security Platform
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering and process mapping.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
- Understanding of IAM and PAM concepts.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SSO, and RBAC.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale CyberArk implementations.
Preferred Qualifications
- CyberArk Defender certification.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
