Requirement:

• 8+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, preferably D365 Operations.

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics processes.

• Proven ability to understand and navigate complex business and system architectures with multiple integrations.

• Experience supporting integrated enterprise landscapes involving multiple peripheral applications.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration capabilities.

• Demonstrated curiosity and strong learning mindset for new technologies.

• Awareness or exposure to AI-driven solutions, automation, and modern digital capabilities (AI mindset).
