We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help us understand our products, users, and growth through data.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to turn raw data into clear insights and actionable decisions. You’ll help us understand what users are doing, identify opportunities, measure experiments, and build the analytics infrastructure needed as our products grow.
You’ll have high ownership, work across different products, and help answer important questions from idea to launch.
What you’ll do

Analyze product, user, and business data to identify trends and opportunities

Build dashboards and reports that help the team make better decisions

Define and track key product and business metrics

Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data

Analyze user behavior, engagement, retention, and conversion

Support product experiments and A/B testing

Measure the impact of new features and product changes
-
Build and maintain recurring analytics and reporting

Work with product and engineering teams to improve data collection and tracking

Identify data quality issues and improve the reliability of analytics

Turn complex analysis into simple, actionable insights

Prototype new ways to understand product and user behavior

Help build a data-driven culture across the company
What we’re looking for

Strong SQL skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working with product, business, or user data

Experience with data visualization and dashboards

Good understanding of statistics and data analysis

Ability to work with large and messy datasets

Strong attention to detail

Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

Curiosity about why users behave the way they do

Someone who enjoys working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
Nice to have

Experience with Python for data analysis

Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases

Experience with tools such as Metabase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or Tableau
