micro1 is engaging Document Reviewers to contribute their expertise to a customer’s project involving high-stakes data integrity and security. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Contributors will conduct spot-checks of already transformed data, ensuring thorough review and validation of sensitive information, including personally identifiable data. Scope of Work

1. Perform detailed reviews of documents containing personal identifiable information, ensuring accuracy and completeness post-transformation.
2. Conduct spot-checks for missed information or inconsistencies within provided data sets.
3. Identify and flag potential issues related to data integrity, privacy, or formatting.
4. Document findings clearly and concisely, supporting continuous quality improvement efforts.
5. Address qualitative questions as part of comprehensive spot-check reviews.
6. Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or resolve ambiguities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Proven expertise in document review, particularly with sensitive and confidential data.
2. Strong knowledge of personal identifiable information (PII) handling and data privacy practices.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality assurance.
4. Experience with spot-checking and auditing large volumes of data.
5. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to answer qualitative questions and provide rationale for findings.
7. Background in compliance, legal, or data privacy roles is advantageous.
