What you’ll spend your time on:

  • Training & instruction: Conducting regular live sessions for small and large cohorts across topics such as marketplace advertising, quick-commerce strategy, catalog optimisation, pricing, and growth levers.

  • Consulting on live projects: Guiding students working on e-commerce and marketplace projects with partner brands, ensuring they deliver strong business outcomes - the primary signal recruiters look for.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3-8 years of experience in driving growth for brands on e-commerce/D2C platforms like Amazon and Flipkart through paid ads.

  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate their essence to new audiences

Good-To-Haves:

  • Experience in driving growth for brands on Quick-commerce platforms like BlinkIt / Zepto

  • Prior training experience
