Position: Materials & Engineering Specialist **Type:**Contract Compensation:****$60–$90/hour **Location:**Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Author domain-authentic tasks from your materials science or engineering experience.
• Build a data room and grading criteria for objectively scorable tasks.
• Run tasks against the model, analyze performance, and iterate for genuine discrimination.
• Collaborate with the project lead and domain experts to define "good" in your domain.
• Work independently and shape the evolving work structure.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Senior expertise in materials science or engineering domains.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shaping evolving work.
• Ability to explain both correct and incorrect answers.
