Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage your experience in running and optimizing business operations to evaluate and test real-world workflows, systems, and processes.

- Assess and validate project management, CRM, and productivity tools using data from your own business operations.

- Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization, providing detailed feedback and insights.

- Analyze business data to inform tool performance and usability.

- Collaborate with our customer’s team by clearly documenting findings and offering actionable recommendations.

- Engage in written and verbal communication to share insights and give feedback on business systems.

- Contribute to the development of AI training datasets using your operational expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience actively operating a business, with hands-on involvement in business systems.

- Deep expertise in business operations, project management, and workflow optimization.

- Extensive use and evaluation of CRM systems, SaaS tools, and process automation platforms.

- Strong data analysis skills, with an ability to draw actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and thoroughness.

- Demonstrated ability to document, evaluate, and improve real-world business processes.

- Access to real operational workflows and data for authentic testing and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience training or advising on digital transformation initiatives.

- Background in SaaS implementation or business system integration.

- Familiarity with emerging trends in AI, automation, or digital productivity.
