• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, and Web APIs.
• Experience with Dataverse, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and PCF Controls.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
• Experience with Azure Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Integration patterns.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and data migration tools.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Develop plugins, workflows, custom APIs, Power Automate flows, and integrations.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Develop customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform tools.
• Create and manage data migrations and data integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Support testing, deployment, and production releases.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Certifications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing modules.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

4-8 years of Dynamics 365 Technical Development experience.
