Foster collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Business teams. Establish and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices. Quality Assurance & Testing: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases. Validate complex business logic and data transformations. Support both functional and data validation testing efforts. Data & Technical Validation Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data flows, transformations, and business rules. Perform end-to-end testing of custom-built solutions and integrations. Analyze healthcare datasets to ensure data quality and business rule compliance. Work closely with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and validate expected outcomes.
