• We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to lead a small team of QA engineers and drive quality assurance initiatives across data-intensive healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of managing testing activities within agile sprints, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery of complex business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of 2 junior-to-mid-level QA engineers.

• Drive QA planning, execution, and delivery within Agile/Scrum sprints.

• Prioritize testing activities and manage day-to-day QA operations.

• Respond effectively to urgent business requests and shifting priorities.

• Foster collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Business teams.

• Establish and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Quality Assurance & Testing:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases.

• Validate complex business logic and data transformations.

• Identify quality risks proactively and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Review test coverage and ensure high standards of accuracy and completeness.

• Support both functional and data validation testing efforts.

Data & Technical Validation

• Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data flows, transformations, and business rules.

• Perform end-to-end testing of custom-built solutions and integrations.

• Analyze healthcare datasets to ensure data quality and business rule compliance.

• Work closely with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and validate expected outcomes.

AI and Testing Perspective
