Enter custom, stock, and replacement orders and quotes accurately into company ERP/order management systems Achieve daily and weekly targets to complete expected number of business transactions Review and validate purchase orders, pricing information, product specifications, quantities, shipping instructions, and customer details before order entry. Maintain high levels of data accuracy and completeness while meeting established productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets Identify and resolve order discrepancies, incomplete information, pricing conflicts, duplicate orders, and documentation issues by coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders Monitor order queues and prioritize workload to ensure timely order processing and service level agreement (SLA) compliance

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data security requirement

Qualifications

B.Tech/B.E with Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant domain
