B.E/B. Tech any stream. Mechanical & Civil preferred.  Proficiency in Inventor/SolidWorks is MUST, and a relevant certification is preferred.  Minimum 0-3 years of work experience in the field utilizing extensive use of SolidWorks and AutoCAD.  Swimming pool industry background preferred, but not necessary.  Proficient with MS Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint) applications  Must demonstrate strong math, attention to details, time management and multi-tasking skills.  Self-motivated learner with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.  Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak season.  Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze customer requirements  Effective written and interpersonal communication abilities is must
