The Flutter Development Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. The role requires hands-on Flutter expertise, strong architectural experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive end-to-end mobile application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms.

• Lead mobile application design and architecture discussions.

• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, performant mobile applications.

• Integrate REST APIs, OAuth authentication, and third-party services.

• Implement clean architecture and state management frameworks (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider).

• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Establish coding standards, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis.

• Mentor and guide junior developers.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams throughout the SDLC.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of mobile application development experience.

• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience.

• Strong experience publishing applications to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Expertise in Flutter, Dart, REST APIs, OAuth, and third-party integrations.

• Experience with state management frameworks such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider.

• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture and design patterns.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.

• Experience with mobile security best practices.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

• Experience leading developers and conducting code reviews.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Firebase.

• Exposure to IoT-enabled mobile applications.

• Experience with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).

• Knowledge of mobile analytics and crash monitoring tools.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or LeSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience leading mobile application delivery teams.

• Demonstrated success delivering production-grade Flutter applications at scale.
