Flutter Full Stack Mobile Developer (FinTech)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Full Stack Mobile Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience, preferably in the FinTech domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing secure, scalable, and high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, along with strong backend development skills. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to build innovative financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and database integrations to support mobile applications.

• Build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications for fintech products.

• Integrate RESTful APIs, payment gateways, banking APIs, authentication systems, and third-party services.

• Implement secure user authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection mechanisms.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver responsive and intuitive mobile experiences.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across frontend and backend components.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, mobile development, and fintech technology trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Flutter mobile application development.

• Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.

• Experience building and deploying applications for both Android and iOS.

• Hands-on experience with backend development using technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or similar.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and API integrations.

• Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications) or similar backend services.

• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.

• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX), and clean architecture principles.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
