Freelance Automation & Integration Specialist (n8n / Zapier)

Location: Remote

Type: Freelance / Contract

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)

We are looking for a freelancer with hands-on experience in n8n, Zapier, APIs, and Webhooks to help automate recruitment workflows and integrate our ATS with government and external job portals.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automations using n8n and Zapier

• Integrate ATS with job portals and third-party platforms

• Configure APIs and Webhooks

• Troubleshoot and optimise workflows

• Ensure accurate data synchronisation across systems

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience with n8​n and/or Zapier

• Strong understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and integrations

• Experience connecting multiple platforms and automating business processes

• ATS, HRTech, or recruitment automation experience is a plus
