About Us: Advenxa Recruitment is a growing recruitment firm specializing in domestic placements across multiple industries. We are expanding our freelance network and looking for experienced recruiters for both IT and Non-IT hiring.

Role Overview: We are looking for Freelance Recruiters with experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment. This is a remote, performance-driven opportunity for professionals who can independently manage sourcing and closures.

**Key Responsibilities: **

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and personal networks

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

• Ensure timely closures and quality hiring

• Maintain regular updates on pipeline and status

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment

• Exposure to hiring in one or more industries:

• IT / Software / Technical roles

• BPO / Customer Support

• Healthcare

• BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)

• Strong sourcing and screening skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication skills
