****Role Overview:**We are looking for Freelance Recruiters with experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment. This is a remote, performance-driven opportunity for professionals who can independently manage sourcing and closures. **

Key Responsibilities:

• ****Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles

• ****Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and personal networks

• ****Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• ****Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

  ---

• ****Ensure timely closures and quality hiring

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment

• Exposure to hiring in one or more industries:

• IT / Software / Technical roles

• BPO / Customer Support

• Healthcare

• BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)

• Strong sourcing and screening skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication skills
