Job Title: Front-End Sr. Developer (ReactJS / NextJS)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Developer with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and strong experience in ReactJS and NextJS. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building responsive, high-performance web applications and collaborating with backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using ReactJS and NextJS
Build reusable UI components using TypeScript and TailwindCSS
Implement real-time features using WebSockets
Collaborate with backend teams using Node.js / NestJS APIs
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues efficiently
Integrate APIs and manage state effectively
Contribute to UI/UX improvements and performance tuning

Required Skills

Frontend Technologies

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Hands-on experience with ReactJS and NextJS
Experience with TailwindCSS or similar CSS frameworks
Solid understanding of component-based architecture

Real-Time & Integration

Experience with WebSockets for real-time communication
Strong experience in API integration (REST/GraphQL)

Backend Awareness (Good Exposure)

Working knowledge of:
Node.js
NestJS

Database Awareness

Basic to intermediate understanding of:
PostgreSQL
MongoDB

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work in Agile environments
Attention to detail and UI/UX sensitivity

Good to Have

Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) using NextJS
Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Experience with performance optimization techniques
