• Minimum 1-2 years hands-on o9 platform experience if not (Blue Yonder/Kinaxis)

• Currently remote and should be flexible to travel Bangalore required as needed

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer

Science, or related field

Mandatory Skills – o9 Retail Assortment Planning (3–5 Years)

• 3–5 years of experience in Retail Planning/Merchandise Planning.

• 6months - 2years years of hands-on experience with o9 Retail Planning.

• Strong expertise in Retail Assortment Planning and Merchandise Planning.

• Experience configuring:

  • Assortment Planning

  • Product & Location Hierarchies

  • Store Clustering

  • Assortment Rules & Business Rules

  • Planning Workflows

  • Space & Capacity Constraints

• Good understanding of:

  • Category Management

  • Range Planning

  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

  • Seasonal & Localized Assortments

  • Retail KPIs (Sales, Margin, Sell-through, GMROI)

• Experience with ERP/POS/Retail Merchandising integrations (SAP, Oracle RMS, Blue Yonder, etc.).

• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.

• Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
