Mandatory Skills – o9 Retail Assortment Planning (3–5 Years) 3–5 years of experience in Retail Planning/Merchandise Planning. 6months - 2years years of hands-on experience with o9 Retail Planning. Strong expertise in Retail Assortment Planning and Merchandise Planning. Experience configuring: Assortment Planning Product & Location Hierarchies Store Clustering Assortment Rules & Business Rules Planning Workflows Space & Capacity Constraints Good understanding of: Category Management Range Planning Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Seasonal & Localized Assortments Retail KPIs (Sales, Margin, Sell-through, GMROI) Experience with ERP/POS/Retail Merchandising integrations (SAP, Oracle RMS, Blue Yonder, etc.). Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
