Position: Graphic Designer

Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with basic HTML knowledge to join our digital publishing team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills and a good understanding of web-ready design practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics for digital media including presentations, and marketing materials.
• Create reports, illustrations, infographics and final artwork files for digital publishing.
• Support website content updates using WordPress and basic HTML/web formatting.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual assets.
• Create and edit promotional videos and motion content. Create 2D animation videos for social media campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in typography, colors, and branding across all projects.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • MS Office/Office 365
• Good understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress and web design concepts.
• Creativity with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic understanding of social media design trends.
• Knowledge of branding and digital marketing materials.
• Awareness of evolving AI capabilities in graphic design.

Experience

• Graduate or 1-4 years of relevant experience.
• Portfolio showcasing creative design work is preferred.

Education Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
