ABOUT THE ROLE

Own outreach, prospecting, and audience development at scale — the BDR motion, re-engineered with AI and automation to do more with less. Build and wire together communication flows that move prospects from website and inbound signals through to qualified, sales-ready conversations. Develop and manage target audiences for events, campaigns, and account-based programs, and orchestrate the outreach that fills them. Build, test, and optimize automated sequences and multi-channel plays across email, LinkedIn, and web. Stand up and maintain the tooling stack — enrichment, sequencing, data, and AI — that powers efficient, scalable pipeline generation. Partner closely with sales, marketing, and RevOps to align outreach with territory, ICP, and pipeline goals. Instrument everything: measure what's working, iterate fast, and compound efficiency over time. Help shape how Sequen builds its GTM engine — the tooling, plays, and process are still being written, and you'll hold the pen.

ABOUT YOU

3+ years of GTM Engineering experience (or equivalent BDR/growth work heavily leveraging AI and automation). Fluent with modern GTM tooling — CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and workflow automation — and quick to adopt new AI tools. Can build and wire together multi-step communication flows and automations without heavy engineering support. Data-driven: you instrument, measure, and optimize outreach against pipeline outcomes. Write crisp, compelling outbound copy and know what makes a prospect respond. Comfortable with ambiguity and building process and systems where none exists. Thrive in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments and have ideally worked at an early-stage or hypergrowth company. Bachelor's degree or comparable experience.

Strong Candidates May Also

Have light scripting or no-code/low-code skills (APIs, webhooks, Zapier/n8n, SQL). Have run outbound for a technical product — infrastructure, ML/AI, or data platforms. Have built audience and outreach programs for field events and conferences. Have prospected into retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, media and entertainment, or travel verticals.
