micro1 is engaging Healthcare Attorneys to participate in a specialized project supporting a customer's evolving needs. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  1. Analyze, review, and annotate healthcare legal documents and regulatory materials to support AI learning objectives.
  2. Draft and critique sample legal content related to healthcare compliance, fraud and abuse, patient privacy, telemedicine, and related domains.
  3. Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to U.S. healthcare law and ethical standards.
  4. Provide detailed written feedback to enhance the legal reasoning capabilities of AI systems.
  5. Identify emerging issues or trends in healthcare law relevant to the project’s ongoing needs.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams through written and verbal communication to clarify legal concepts and ensure project alignment.
  7. Contribute practical scenarios and use cases reflecting real-world legal challenges in healthcare.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in the United States.
  2. Significant experience advising on healthcare law, compliance, and regulatory matters (e.g., HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute).
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to explain complex legal topics clearly.
  4. Previous work involving policy analysis, contract drafting, or regulatory review within the healthcare sector.
  5. Familiarity with healthcare operations, risk management, or clinical practice environments.
  6. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality legal input.
  7. Interest in emerging technologies, legal innovation, or AI-driven projects (a plus but not required).
