We're currently building a pool of native Hindi speakers based in India for upcoming voice and audio annotation projects.

If you have a clear, natural Hindi-speaking voice and can express different emotions while reading scripted lines, we'd love to hear from you.

ROLE

As a Hindi Voice Artist / Audio Annotator, you'll record high-quality Hindi speech samples that will be used for AI data collection and language technology projects.

This is a freelance, project-based opportunity. Completing the application does not guarantee immediate work but allows us to consider you for current and future voice projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Record Hindi voice samples based on the provided scripts.

• Deliver recordings with accurate pronunciation and natural fluency.

• Speak with different emotions (happy, sad, angry, excited, neutral, etc.) as instructed.

• Follow recording quality guidelines.

• Submit recordings within project timelines.

• Participate in future voice-related projects if selected.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native Hindi speaker currently based in India.

• Age 18 years or older.

• Excellent spoken Hindi with clear pronunciation.

• Ability to naturally express different emotions while speaking.

• Quiet recording environment with minimal background noise.

• Smartphone or computer capable of recording high-quality audio.

• Reliable internet connection for file uploads.

• Resume and LinkedIn profile preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, radio, theatre, or audio recording experience.

• Experience with AI data collection or annotation projects.

• Familiarity with recording software such as Loom, Zoom, Audacity, or mobile voice recorder apps.

VOICE SAMPLE SUBMISSION

Please record either audio only (using a mobile voice recorder, desktop recorder, etc.) or a video using Loom, Zoom, etc. reading out the lines in this document with the exact emotion provided: [

PLEASE ONLY READ OUT THE "HINDI" SENTENCES

Rules to follow:

1. Make sure you have a noise-free environment, and no echoes, background noise, etc.
2. Read out each sentence in the "emotion" provided. So if the emotion is "angry" then you must showcase angriness while reading the sentence. Take a 3 second pause between each sentence/phrase from the sheet.
3. Submit one single audio or video file that covers all the samples.

3. Our team reviews your voice quality, pronunciation, clarity, and emotional expression.

4. Selected candidates will be contacted for upcoming paid voice projects.

PRIVACY

Voice recordings are collected solely for evaluating your suitability for voice-related opportunities with Careerflow Human Data Labs.

With your consent, recordings may also be retained for future opportunities and, where separately authorized, used for AI model development or client demonstrations. Full details regarding data handling, retention, and your privacy rights are provided during the application process.
