Conduct candidate interviews using reliable selection methods
Evaluate applicants' skills, experience, communication, and culture fit
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Deliver quality profiles within quick turnaround time
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
Hands-on experience in Sales hiring and Non-IT recruitment
Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
