Your Career Opportunity In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Regional Manager for Client Success Partnerships on full-time hours and working from home remotely. As an Intercultural Program Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing training programs for learners and ensuring high-quality program setup and delivery, while serving as the single point of contact for coordination. Working closely with our Learner Success Management, Trainer Management, and Sales teams, you will: Manage training programs end-to-end, from authorization through delivery, ensuring programs meet service level agreements, client provisions, and high customer service standards. Support client growth and profitability by maximizing existing client revenue, converting authorizations and initiations, and identifying potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Deliver exceptional learner and assignee support by welcoming learners, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and escalating non-standard programs or complaints when needed. Manage and support the global trainer network, maintaining strong knowledge of trainers’ certifications and skills, guiding them through day-to-day challenges, and successfully matching them with learners based on needs, location, and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to investigate and resolve learner feedback, low ratings, exceptions, and program-related issues. Maintain accurate program data and documentation, including Learnlight Platform records, internal tracking files, billing, payments, invoicing, and timely client reporting. What You'll Offer Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of any additional language is considered a bonus. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills; knowledge of the SIETAR network is considered a benefit. Previous experience working in an international or multicultural company, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and with globally distributed teams. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence and willingness to pick up the phone and communicate directly with stakeholders. Strong intercultural sensitivity and awareness, with a background or experience in intercultural skills and competencies. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing situations.
