- Working/sourcingonJobportals,Intranetpage, careers page to increase the traffic, engaging through various social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, GitHub etc.
- Responsibleforfulllife-cyclerecruitmentincluding but not limited to sourcing potential employees' resumes, Screening, organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies across India C US market.
- Collectfeedbackfrominternalstakeholdersand new hires for process improvement
- HandlingEmployeeReferralprogram.
- RespondingtostaffinquiriesregardingHRpolicies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
Whatyou’ll****do
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in commerce,management,HRwithstrong academic background is required.
- Experienceinrecruitingwillbeaplus
- Strongverbal,written andcollaborationskills withabilitytoarticulateresultsandissuesto internal stakeholders.
- Excellentrecord-keeping,people management, organizational skills and an abilitytomulti-taskwithago-getterattitude.
- GoodcomputerliteracywithcapabilityinMS Office suite (Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)andrelatedHRsoftwareishighly preferred
