Why join a talent community for a role that doesn’t exist yet?

Because the person we want to hire six months from now is someone we should probably know today.

I don’t want the first conversation to happen when we finally open a role and everyone is operating on a deadline. I’d rather know who you are, what you’re great at, and what you want to do next. Then, when the right role does open up, it can be a fast “yes” on both sides!
