Learning Administrator (LMS Administrator)
Location: Remote Experience: 2+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift timing: 10pm to 7am (Night Shift)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Learning Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System (LMS) and training operations. This role will be responsible for coordinating learning activities, managing training sessions, supporting learners and stakeholders, handling reporting requests, and ensuring seamless training logistics.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on LMS administration experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Administration
- Create, update, and deactivate learning activities and training plans.
- Maintain course catalogues and learning content.
- Manage learner assignments and enrolments.
- Support learning activity lifecycle management.
Training Coordination & Session Management
- Schedule instructor-led training programs and sessions.
- Coordinate instructor, classroom, and location requirements.
- Manage registrations, waitlists, cancellations, and roster updates.
- Process batch enrolments and learner substitutions.
- Ensure accurate attendance and completion tracking.
Reporting & Access Management
- Support LMS access and role requests.
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports.
- Assist stakeholders with learning-related inquiries.
- Manage reporting requests and maintain data accuracy.
Learner & Stakeholder Support
- Respond to learner and business user inquiries via email and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Resolve LMS-related issues and training coordination requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
Training Logistics
- Coordinate training materials and supplies.
- Manage training-related documentation and certificates.
- Support classroom setup and logistics.
- Coordinate training evaluations and reporting.
- Assist with catering, shipping, and administrative support for training events.
System Monitoring
- Monitor document loader activity and transaction logs.
- Investigate and resolve processing errors.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with established procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in LMS Administration, Learning Coordination, or Training Operations.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience supporting instructor-led and virtual learning programs.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with LMS platforms such as:
- SumTotal
- Cornerstone OnDemand
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning
- Saba
- Workday Learning
- Oracle Learning Management
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
