Location: Delaware Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time remote therapy position serving clients across Delaware. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values the flexibility of telehealth while providing consistent, high-quality care. You’ll work directly with clients experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. Through virtual sessions, you’ll assess individual needs, create personalized treatment plans, track progress, and help clients develop practical strategies they can use in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform

• Conduct clinical assessments and identify each client’s needs and treatment goals

• Create personalized treatment plans and update them based on client progress

• Support clients managing stress, anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions

• Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches when appropriate

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Maintain client confidentiality and follow professional, ethical, legal, and telehealth standards

• Active Delaware LCSW license required

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program

• Previous clinical therapy experience preferred

• Comfortable providing services through telehealth

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote clinical role
