Location: Rhode Island Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are hiring a Rhode Island Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for a full-time remote therapy position. The LICSW will provide virtual mental health services, complete clinical documentation, and help clients work toward practical treatment goals through regular telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled therapy sessions through a secure online platform

• Complete client assessments and identify treatment needs

• Develop individualized treatment plans and update them as care progresses

• Provide therapy using appropriate clinical methods and professional judgment

• Maintain accurate notes, records, and documentation

• Monitor client safety, progress, and ongoing care needs

• Follow all privacy, ethical, and telehealth practice standards

• Communicate with clients in a clear, respectful, and professional manner

• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker license in Rhode Island

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program

• Prior clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services

• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills

• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
